While both models are excellent machines, the 606-2HL is specifically
engineered for extra safety with a two-handed locking feature – on this
model, the user has to grasp and hold the lever arm with two hands in
order for the blade to move for cutting. (Only one hand is needed to lift
the arm, so the operator can retrieve the pineapple easily.)
