SousChef La Monferrina's SousChef is a revolutionary new
combination mixer / pasta extruder and features
components that are easily removable without tools for easy cleaning
and sanitation. The optional MonoSfoglia Ravioli Attachment allows the
SousChef to produce ravioli that looks absolutely handmade, crafted
from a single sheet of pasta.
