Product Description

The ALFA 140-80BA is a direct replacement for Hobart 00-062111, a 140qt to 80qt mixer bowl adapter/ “knockdown” ring. The ALFA 140-80BA enables a Hobart Classic 140 qt mixer (model V1401) to “adapt down”, or use a smaller, 80qt mixing bowl (ALFA 80VBWL/Hobart 00-275690). Adapting is often done for smaller batches, and enables a larger machine to be used more flexibly for production.
