The ALFA WEDGER FRM ASY is an OEM replacement assembly for ALFA’s FF1, FF2 or FF3 manual french fry cutters. ALFA’s Potato Wedge cutter creates 8 wedges per potato. This assembly includes the potato wedge blade frame (WEDGER FRAME) and potato wedge pusher block (WEDGER BLOCK). Pusher block is pictured at right and is included in the kit. Made in Taiwan.
