Formerly known as our PEXT-12, the CHLOE Pasta Extruder is an innovative way to produce fresh pasta without adding equipment that can take up room. Using your current Hobart compatible #12 Hub mixer (this includes Hobart, Globe, Precision, and more!), the Chloe can make between 8-10 lbs. of fresh pasta per hour.
