The ALFA 20 SDL is an ALFA Exclusive product that directly replaces Hobart 00-874791 or EDDOUGH-HL20 Legacy 20 Qt Spiral Dough Hook NSF Approved for Models HL120, HL200& HL200C. This ALFA Exclusive product utilizes the Legacy style pin mechanism. Note: this agitator is only compatible with Hobart Legacy Model mixers mentioned and will not fit the older “Classic” style mixers like the Hobart 12 qt model A120.
