The Hobart 916372/BBEATER-HL4030 is an NSF Approved aftermarket version of the 30 and 40 Quart Beater Paddle (“B style agitator) for use with the Hobart Legacy HL300 mixer, and with 30-quart or 40-quart mixing bowls on the HL400 Legacy Mixer. Made of cast aluminum, the 916372/BBEATER-HL4030 is the agitator you need to mix cake batter, icing, or mashed potatoes.
