The Imperia RMN220 electric pasta machine is the industry standard pasta sheeting machine in kitchens across the world. Whether you’re making ravioli, pappardelle, fettucine, tagliatelle, or spaghetti the RMN220 does the job. Either hand cut to your desired width the 210mm (8.3″) wide flat pasta sheets produced by the RMN220, or purchase optional pasta cutter attachments (sold separately) to produce a consistent pasta shape every time. The RMN220 features an adjustment knob with 10 thickness settings, which allows you to dial in your desired final pasta thickness and texture.
