The ALFA P-1037 is an OEM replacement part for the ALFA VS-12KDS, the “S” knife disc assembly in the ALFA VS-12 vegetable slicer product. Included in the P-1037 kit is the S knife thickness adjustment ring (P-1022) and related adjustment spring (P-1023). Spring not pictured, but included in kit. NSF Approved. Made in Taiwan.
