The Hobart 916618/EDOUGH-HL30AL is an OEM 30 & 40 Quart Spiral Dough Hook (ED style dough arm) for use with the Hobart Legacy HL300 mixer and with 30qt or 40qt mixing bowls on the HL400 mixer . Made of cast aluminum, this is the agitator type you need for optimal performance while mixing heavy doughs for bread, pizza, etc.
