ALFA’s 12 H CCA is the equivalent economy version of the Complete Meat Grinder Attachment for #12 Hubs offered in the foodservice industry. Designed for Hobart-style power hubs, our 12 H CCA is a replacement aftermarket versions. As its name implies, it comes complete with a grinding cylinder head, pan, ring and worm. It also comes with a chopper knife and one chopper plate (1/4″). It fits most mixers, grinder, food cutters and power unit hubs that are #12 Hobart compatible. The component parts for this attachment are solely meant as replacements for the 12 H CCA unit only and not for equivalent products from other manufacturers. These grinders should NOT be used to process poultry, seafood, cheese or vegetables. Beef, Pork and Venison Only.   One Month Warranty.
