ALFA FF1 French fry cutter. Makes standard 3/8″ cuts for original style french frys. Removable cutting blade frames give this cutter the ablity to change from the standard 3/8″ to the larger, 1/4 frame for steak fry cut (1/4″ frame and pusher block sold seperatly). Easily removable parts make cleaning a snap. Any parts that need replacing can easily be purchased through ALFA.
