ALFA’s NSF-Approved GS-22 Grater-Shredder is the finest quality aftermarket version of Hobart’s VS9 on the market today. Used on the power hub of mixers, choppers and power drives, these units come complete with housing, door, pusher plate and disk holder with a 3/16″ shredder plate. Unit is made of heavy-gauge polished aluminum and fits on size #22 Hobart compatible power hubs (a #12 version is also available) Hardened shafts are machined to close tolerances For superior perFormance. Easy to disassemble and clean. Our GS-22 fits Classic Hobart, Legacy Hobart, Globe, Univex, Varimixer, Precision, Thunderbird and Intedge Mixers. It easily converts to a VS-22 when you swap out the VS-22DH Disk Holder For ALFA’s VS-22KDS Slicer Knife Assembly. Shaft diameter is 3/4″ and typically fits on 140 quart mixers (and some older 80 quart…measure diameter to be certain!) 6 month warranty. Hand wash, do not place in dishwasher as this can/will sieze the unit and void warranty!
