ALFA’s GS12 Combo comes complete with the following:

  • One (1) VS-12KDS Complete Knife Assembly
  • One (1) VS-12SD 1/4″ Disk
  • One (1) VS-12SD 5/16″ Disk

All components are Made in Taiwan and are direct replacements for Hobart’s VS9 Grater Attachment.  The GS12 Combo can also be used on the following #12 Mixer or Power Drive Hubs:

Product Description

This package comes with a complete GS-12 grater/shredder and includes TWO disks (1/4″ and 5/16″ hole size). The package also comes with a VS-12KDS knife disk assembly to convert the GS-12 to a VS-12 vegetable shredder (complete with an adjustable “S” blade). This unit is made to fit standard size #12 mixer hubs or, the ALFA PB-12 power base.
