Product Description
The ALFA EDGE HC-4 is a direct replacement for Hobart OEM#’s 00-915424 and slicer blade is for Hobart EDGE-12 Slicers produced in 2015 forward. This slicer blade features four mounting holes, whereas its predecessor, Hobart OEM 00-47944 has three mounting holes and is is used for Hobart Edge slicer models produced prior to 2015. This blade is 12″ in diameter with a hard chrome finish.
