The Knife Removal Plate is crucial for HS slicers, serving as a clamp that securely fastens the knife to the knife shaft. Designed exclusively for HS slicers, this plate is not compatible with HSN models. With the Knife Removal Plate in place, users can easily utilize the knife removal tool to remove and wash the knife, and then reattach it to the machine with a simple twist of the safety knife removal tool. This plate ensures the knife remains securely in place during operation, providing convenience and ease of maintenance for slicer users.
