ALFA size 12 1/4 L&W Chopper plate, hubless style. Made from German tool steel. This plate will fit size 12 meat grinders and power attachments. 6.0MM holes for a medium grind. L&W plates are made with special chrome-vandium steel for more efficent processing . Our manufacture, L&W in Germany, uses a state-of-the-art computerized process for maximum plate-to-plate conformity.
